A country of extremes one section declared a disaster area because of flooding to neighboring provinces declared a emergency area because of run away bush fires. We have 11 vernaculars and myriads more uniquely socialized population groups.
This site wants to give insight into our sights, sounds and culture. Our friends, our neighbors and our acquaintances. The accumulation of inspired craftsmen, their paintings and artistic expression which is solely south African , solely ours An Eklektic blend of foods, cuisine, clothing and past times.
